Mission Achievement Plan

The Mission Achievement Plan (MAP) serves as the MCC operational strategic plan and is the cornerstone of all planning at the College. With four main priorities established by executive leadership, the MAP was created through an inclusive and integrated process involving college stakeholders and continues to evolve as student and community needs shift and change. The MAP is an institutional guide to continuous process improvement and is closely linked to the College’s fiscal year budgeting process.
