Campus Dining

When classes are in session campus dining is available at the the South Omaha Campus (Connector Building), the Fort Omaha Campus (Building 10 & 23), and the Elkhorn Valley Campus. Hours of operation and variety of beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and hot items may vary by location.

The Sage Student Bistro, located at the Fort Omaha Campus in the Institute for the Culinary Arts (Building 22), offers a teaching and learning experience for the culinary arts students. Eat lunch or dinner Monday through Thursday when classes are in session.

Mojo Cafe is open weekdays and offers a full Starbucks drink menu and grab-and-go items and daily specials.

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.- Noon
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

The Sage Student Bistro at The Institute for the Culinary Arts at Fort Omaha Campus offers a teaching and learning experience for culinary students. Check dates and hours of operation as services are part of classes. Reservations are recommended.

Monday – Thursday
Lunch: 11 a.m.–1 p.m. (last seating at 1 p.m.)
Dinner: 6–8 p.m. (last seating at 8 p.m.)

L Marie's serves breakfast, baked goods and hot lunch all at great prices. Menu items vary. Only open when classes are in session.

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Mojo Cafe can be found inside the College Bookstore and is open weekdays offering coffee, grab and go items and fresh pastries.

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Only open when classes are in session
