You are a General Equivalency Degree (GED) Student at MCC if you are interested in improving your academic skills and completing your GED.
Take The First Steps
You have options when earning your GED. Classes are offered online or in-person, mornings and evenings. Once you complete your GED, MCC Success Navigators can help with the next steps in your educational journey.
01 Apply to MCC
Applying is always free. Be sure to select "Adult Education: GED/ESL Student". Once you create an account and complete an application, you will receive an email asking to confirm your attendance.
02 Attend an Information Session
Morning and evening information sessions are held at several MCC locations each month and cover the various academic and career path options available. Sessions walk you through how our Transitional Learning Community works, when it meets and how it will prepare you to complete your GED. Call 531-622-4060 or e-mail us to learn about upcoming information sessions.
