How to register by mail

Print, fill out and mail in the continuing education enrollment form and include check payment.
Pay the amount under “fee total” only. (Some classes may have additional charges for materials and supplies. These will be collected in class.)
Write name of student and your phone number on check memo line.
Make checks payable to Metropolitan Community College

C4K/C4T Summer Camp Scholarship Form

MCC Summer Camp Scholarship Form
Who May Be Eligible: Students enrolled in your school who are suffering from financial hardships.
Application Process: A school counselor must identify and nominate one student and fill out the application form. Applications must be submitted on or before Friday, May 20. The MCC Director of Scholarships will notify the scholarship recipient and the school counselor by Wednesday, June 1 confirming the scholarship award.

If you are a person with a disability who requires an accommodation in order to participate in any program or activity, contact Disability Support Services at 531-MCC-3841 as soon as possible in advance of your class date to request accommodations. It is helpful to receive accommodation requests at least 10 days in advance of a class date. With less advance notice, it may be difficult to meet needs of interested members.
